If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it so that we receive the merchandise back within 10 days of the received date for a refund. Items that are on special discounted price are not eligible for return. (Sorry, we cannot refund freight and shipping charges, gift-wrapping, special order and final sale merchandise or items with personalized inscriptions). We can only accept returns or exchanges that are received back within 10 days of the received date or 30 Days with 20% restocking fee. Please allow for sufficient transit time when shipping back any merchandise. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured. For your security, all returns are opened in the presence of two jewelry receivers who verify the contents upon their arrival. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 10 days of the invoice date and is in new, resalable condition without any scratches, nicks or marks or 3rd party modifications such as repairs or ring sizes. Refunds for orders paid by credit card can only be refunded to original credit card account and can be delayed by security regulations. Refunds for orders paid by check, money-order or wire transfer will be refunded by check. Any website specials are limited to 3 items per person. Additional discounts are not honored on sale items.
